Sometimes, we can find that we are struggling to cope with our thoughts, feelings or experiences. We may be experiencing a difficult life event such as the death of a loved one, or perhaps find ourselves stuck in a pattern of behaviour we wish we could change. We may be experiencing complex feelings that are hard to understand or just have a general sense of dissatisfaction with how our life is.
Therapy is a way of understanding the way we feel, think and behave. As our awareness of ourselves develops, so does the opportunity to decide if there is something we want to change or grow to accept.
As a humanistic relational therapist, I offer a safe space and the opportunity for a supportive relationship in which you can explore the issues in your life.
